  • After reviewing your intake form, we’ll schedule a 15–20 minute video or phone consultation. This is a chance to discuss your goals, clarify expectations, and determine whether our training philosophy aligns with your needs.

  • If it’s a mutual fit, we’ll build your custom training roadmap and help you select the best session package (1-on-1, small group, or remote).
    You’ll receive your first training date, onboarding steps, and support materials.
