The ONTHEMARK Collegiate Training Group is a selective, small-group development program designed for college-level jumpers who are committed to maximizing their off-season and arriving at their next season as a better, more complete athlete. With a maximum of 5 athletes per group, every session is intentional, focused, and built around each athlete's individual development within a high-level competitive environment.
Led by Coach Austin Willis, sessions combine jumps-specific strength and conditioning with technical track work rooted in proven training methodologies. Athletes are not just trained — they are developed. Every rep, every drill, and every session is designed with one goal in mind: making you a better jumper.
This is not a maintenance program. This is elite off-season development for college athletes who understand that the summer is where the real separation happens — and who are ready to put in the work to prove it.
What to expect: Three gym sessions per week focused on building the strength, power, and athleticism that competing at the collegiate level demands. One track session per week dedicated to technical event work, approach run refinement, and competitive simulation. Programming is periodized across the full summer cycle to ensure athletes are progressing with purpose and peaking at the right time heading into the fall season.
The group meets four days per week. Strength and conditioning sessions are held every Monday and Wednesday at 11:00am and every Saturday at 10:00am at Char Performance Gym in Montclair, NJ. Track sessions are held every Friday at 10:00am at Brookdale Park in Montclair, NJ. These days and times are fixed and will not change. Athletes should plan accordingly prior to committing to a spot in the program.
